Our Story

Rooted in Fujian,
beloved in New York.

Fu Zhou Wei Zhong Wei Jia Xiang Feng Wei brings the soul of Fujian cooking to 88 E Broadway — a street that has been the heartbeat of New York's Chinatown for decades.

Our kitchen honors the traditions passed down through generations: slow-simmered broths, hand-pulled noodles, and the delicate balance of sweet, salty, and umami that defines authentic Fu Zhou cuisine. Every dish carries the warmth of a home kitchen, refined for the modern table.

We source what we can locally and import the rest directly — because some flavors cannot be compromised.
